We are so excited to welcome you to the First Annual Family Convention of H.G. Bishop David.

Registration will begin at 11:00 AM. The first lecture will start at 12:00 noon, followed by lunch.

Upon your arrival, please proceed to the registration desk to receive your folder with all the details. Each participant—including children—will receive a wristband. Wristbands are required for attendance, as the hotel has reserved the meeting rooms exclusively for convention participants. You are welcome to bring your bags with you to the lecture hall until you receive your room.

To keep mealtimes smooth and avoid long lines, we’ll be using meal tickets for all meals. When you arrive, please stop by the registration desk to purchase any meal combination you’d like and pick up your meal tickets. During mealtimes, simply present your ticket to receive your meal quickly.

Coffee, beverages, desserts, fruit, and snacks will be available for purchase throughout the convention.

سيبدأ التسجيل الساعة 11:00 صباحًا. وستبدأ أول محاضرة الساعة 12:00 ظهرًا، يليها وقت الغداء.

عند وصولكم، يُرجى التوجه إلى مكتب التسجيل لاستلام الملف الذي يحتوي على جميع التفاصيل. سيحصل كل مشارك — بما في ذلك الأطفال — على سوار (Wristband). ويُشترط ارتداء السوار لحضور المؤتمر، وذلك بحسب تعليمات الفندق، لأن قاعات الاجتماعات محجوزة حصريًا لمشاركي المؤتمر فقط. ويمكنكم اصطحاب حقائبكم معكم إلى قاعة المحاضرات إلى أن تستلموا غرفكم.

ولكي تسير أوقات الوجبات بسلاسة ونتجنب الزحام وطول الانتظار، سنستخدم تذاكر الوجبات كوسيلة وحيدة للحصول على الوجبات. عند وصولكم، يُرجى التوقف عند مكتب التسجيل لشراء أي مجموعة وجبات ترغبون بها واستلام تذاكر الوجبات. وأثناء أوقات الوجبات، يكفي تقديم التذكرة لاستلام وجبتكم بسرعة.

ستتوفر القهوة والمشروبات والحلويات والفاكهة والوجبات الخفيفة للشراء طوال فترة المؤتمر.
